School Counseling

This master's program is designed to equip students to become school counselors who lead, advocate and collaborate to promote equity and access for all students. In addition to intellectual understanding, the student will develop proficiency and competence in specific skills of this helping profession. This program encourages emerging skills in trauma-informed practice, transformative leadership, and cultural competence.

Early Childhood Education

Early childhood education (ECE) is one of the most impactful fields in education, and schools are looking for individuals who possess specialized training for pre-K through third grade classrooms. Creighton’s early childhood education certificate program can equip you for an in-demand role in this area.

Creighton’s early childhood education certificate program allows professionals working with children from ages three through eight to develop expertise through a spectrum of early childhood education courses. ECE certificate classes are offered online and on campus.

Master of Arts Degree in Teaching K-6 Elementary Education and K-6 Special Education

Our master of arts in teaching degree is designed for students who already hold a bachelor’s degree in a field other than education.
