Birth through Kindergarten
Persons with this endorsement may teach, coordinate, or serve as a consultant to programs for children, ages birth through kindergarten, with special developmental and/or learning needs as defined in Section 79-1118.01 R.R.S., and to support families and other personnel with responsibilities for their care and education.
This endorsement requires the applicant to have, or earn concurrently, the Special Education Generalist endorsement at the K-6 or K-12 level.
Persons with this endorsement may teach, consult, or provide services for infants, toddlers, and preschool children, ages birth through prekindergarten, including those with verified disabilities, and support families and other personnel with responsibilities for their care and education.
