Persons with this teaching endorsement may provide speech language pathology services to and consultative services for individuals from birth through age 21 or completion of their Individualized Education Program.
Birth to age 21
Persons with this teaching endorsement may provide speech language pathology services to and consultative services for individuals from birth through age 21 or completion of their Individualized Education Program.
Persons with this endorsement may teach, consult, or provide services for children with hearing impairments from birth through age 21. This includes deafness, hard of hearing, and hearing impairment associated with other disabilities.
Persons with this teaching endorsement may provide school psychological services to students (birth to age 21), school personnel, parents and other specialists related to individual student needs or school program considerations.
Certification Endorsement Requirements: This endorsement requires at least 60 graduate semester hours beyond the baccalaureate degree, in which at least 54 are exclusive of credit for the supervised internship.
Persons with this endorsement may provide orientation and mobility services to students with visual impairments from birth through age 21. “Visual Impairment” includes blindness, low vision (legal blindness and partial sight) and vision loss associated with other disabilities.
